Tegroni by rhyFlower Knits | Tegroni was one of my first shawl designs - it's where I truly fell in love with all the things one can do with shawl designing, playing around with shaping, figuring out how to incorporate lace and center panels, and just how to get enough stretch in a bind-off to let me open up the lacework. I quite like puzzles, and shawl designing hit all the buttons, it opened my mind to so many possibilities and truly started my journey as a shawl designer.
Pattern Notes: Tegroni is a delightful addition to the rhyFlower designs family. This top-down crescent-shaped shawl design is full of lacy flare while remaining nice and light for the approaching autumn weather. Tegroni has rows that change often enough that you won’t get bored with the project. With the pattern having been written for two sizes, you'll find a shawl to fit your preferred style. Worked flat, Tegroni contains written directions and charts. A handy-dandy progress tracker is included to help you with your rows and stitch counts. Yardage for each section is given should you wish to turn this into a scrappy project!
Gauge: 20.5 stitches by 32 rows in stockinette = 4” / 10 cm, after blocking. While gauge is not important, as the fit is not crucial, changes in gauge will result in size differences and the yardage required to complete the project.
Finished Measurements: Approximately 82 ” / 208 cm across the wingspan, 28 ” / 71 cm deep, after blocking. Pattern sample is shown in the small size.
