Railroad Vest from MadelineTosh. This open-front vest is a simple piece, with cozy pockets, that’s great for layering. It uses an unusual construction, by starting at the center back with a provisional cast on, then joined and knit in one piece, top-down from the underarms.
Gauge: 18 sts x 24 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch
Finished Measurements: To fit bust sizes 30 (34, 38, 42, 46, 50, 54)”. This sweater looks best with 0-2” of positive ease (*Note: If your size is not available, please choose the next size up. Vest fronts do not meet to close, as this piece is intended to be worn loose and open.)
