Short Description: Opalite by Skeinanigans. Opalite is a scrappy, modular pattern designed to show off your delightful little bits of yarn, whether those are mini skeins, scraps or delightful full skeins. Knit in equilateral triangles, each section is just small enough to be enjoyable, and just large enough to be satisfying.
Gauge: 28 sts and 60 rows = 4” / 10 cm in garter stitch worked flat, taken after blocking
Finished Measurements: Each triangle, when knit to gauge, takes about 10 yards/9 meters, or 2.5 grams of the recommended yarn, measuring 4”/10 cm along each side. The scarf-sized sample modeled took about 720 yards or 180 grams of the recommended yarn (90 grams of the main color).
