Short Description: Nimbus Cowl by The Yarniad. Nimbus is a cloudy soft, oversized cowl made up of simple stitches and interesting construction. The cowl is knit sideways, from end to end, in simple knit one, purl one ribbing. Short rows give the bottom tier a bit more length so, when the cowl is worn, it remains snug around the neck, but flares out to cover the chest and shoulders as well – like an infinity scarf wrapped double, but in just one piece. When the knitting is done, the ends are joined and the edges are folded to the inside for a double-thick, cozy piece that you’ll want to keep around you as those storm clouds roll in.
