Short Description: A toe-up sock with an asymmetrically placed openwork pattern of leaves, that winds up the foot and around the leg, ending in an eyelet rib at the top edge.
Gauge: 32 sts and 48 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch (fabric will be firm). Note: row gauge is fairly important as it will affect the pattern placement on the foot
Finished Measurements: 8” sock circumference to fit feet up to 9” around. Sock may be made smaller or larger by using finer or heavier yarn and/or changing needle size.
Materials Used: approximately 380 yards of sock yarn for an average female size (actual yardage will depend on sock length desired)
