Iris the Gourmet Monster
Short Description: Some monsters really love food. Iris is one of those monsters. This knitting pattern will show you how to knit Iris the Gourmet Monster, a pattern I designed to feature the amazing yarns from Lorna's Laces. This is a quick, easy, satisfying project that knits up quickly on many yarn/needle combinations. Since it takes 120-180 yards of yarn to knit Iris, this is a great one-skein, stash busting, or scrap yarn project. This pattern is very addicting and you will find yourself knitting a whole bread box full of monsters!
Gauge: You pick! Simply knit with your choice of yarn on needles 2-3 sizes smaller than called for to get a tight knit fabric your stuffing wont show through,
Finished Measurements: Samples range from 13” tall to 22” tall
Materials Used: 120-180 yards
Needle Size: You pick! A 40" circular needle in a size appropriate for you yarn. See the pattern for more info
