Short Description: This is a top-down shawl with a leaf panel that falls slowly to the lace leaf edging. With an easy-to-work stitch pattern and wrong-side rest rows, this is a great beginner shawl or a quick, relaxing knit for more experienced shawl knitters. Despite the name, you may fall quickly in love with this shawl!

Gauge: ~24 sts and 32 rows= 4” over st st before blocking

Finished Measurements: 52” wide and 21” long at center points, after blocking

Materials Used: ~ 450 yards of fingering weight yarn such as Knitted Wit Cashy Lite, Anzula Cloud, The Plucky Knitter Primo fingering, Zen Yarn Garden Serenity Silk, Sincere Sheep Cushy Fine, Bare Naked Wools Ghillie

Needle Size: Size US 6 (4.0 mm) or size to obtain gauge, knitting needles

Pattern Includes: Instructions are written for a top-down shawl. Both charted and written instructions are provided for the panel and lace edging.
