Cozy Pop-Over by September Knits | The Cozy Pop-Over is cast-on in the round for the bottom hem. The front and back are then separated and worked flat separately. Once the body length is completed in the front and back, the shoulders are made using a Three Needle Bind-Off. The cowl neck is then picked up and worked in the round until desired length is reached.
