Short Description: The Collage Crescent is an artful collage of stitches, techniques and different mediums. The crescent-shaped shawl is composed of a knit body featuring stockinette, purl bump rows, eyelets, and embossed stitches. The edging is worked in a simple crochet pattern. After the shawl is complete, the embroidery chain stitch and French knots are worked on the stockinette sections creating a special embellished design. Knit up in The Fibre Company’s Cumbria Fingering yarn, this shawl is warm, fuzzy, and has a lovely romantic drape!
