Short Description: Cardamine by September Knits. Cardamine begins with a larger than normal garter tab cast-on to create enough spine stitches for the brioche ‘backbone’ of the shawl. This shawl is knit from the top down, increasing at the edges to create a crescent shape. Additionally increases are made outside of the brioche ‘spine’ to give a slightly different curve shape in the shawl. Cardamine is worked back and forth utilizing soothing garter stitch and cozy one-color brioche. Brioche is continued in the border and finished with a Long-tail Tubular Bind-off. Cardamine is a perfect wooly shawl that will keep you warm in many seasons.
