Short Description: If you have always wanted to make a top-down pullover but thought it might be too hard, there is good news! Byzantium Top is top-down pullover with kimono sleeves, which is ridiculously easy to knit. Upper back along with sleeves are worked back and forth, starting at the shoulder line with Provisional CO. Shoulders are shaped using short-rows. After back/sleeves completion, previously invisibly CO stitches are used for front/sleeves. The two pieces then joined and the lower body is worked in round in one piece to the lower edge.
Gauge: 22 sts and 32 rows = 4” in Stockinette stitch on size US5 (3.75 mm) needle, after blocking.
Finished Measurements: 32 (36, 40, 44, 48, 52) inches /81 (91, 101, 112, 122, 132) cm bust circumference.
