The TEXTURED BEANIE pattern is a classic style that has been updated with the addition of a rolled brim and sophisticated textured band. PIXIE POINTS is deceptively simple! This adorable hat looks looks like a square when laying flat, but when worn the corners form 'kitten ears'. Embellish the points with tassels or pom-poms for even more fun!
Gauge: 19 sts & 25 rows = 4" in stockinette

Materials Used: In worsted to aran weight yarn you will need approximately 80 (90, 100, 110, 120) yards or 65 (75, 85, 95, 100) meters. If you choose a contrasting color (CC) yarn for the rolled hem, it should be about 10% of your total yardage. The optional textured band uses about 20% of total yardage and yarn is referred to as Color C. 6 stitch markers, darning needle for weaving in ends.
Needle Size: Double pointed needles (or needles appropriate for your preferred method of small circumference circular knitting) and 12" or 16" circular needles in US sizes 8 (5mm) and 6 (4mm) or size required to obtain gauge and two sizes smaller.
