A Little Bit Bowie
Short Description: A Little Bit Bowie has an unusual shape, a shape that is reminiscent of the face paint that adorned Bowie in his Ziggy Stardust phase. Bowie was an innovative and unique musician and it is only fitting that any shawl that pays homage to him captures some of that character.
The stripes and loightning bolt shape of this shawl make it an interesting garment to both wear and knit. Knit all in garter stitch, A Little Bit Bowie uses a de-constructed asymmetrical shawl construction achieving its unique shape through simple alternating increases and decreases.
