Short Description: The wonderful movie, Hugo, was full of knitting inspiration. The flower vendor had a sweet hat, with striped and solid sections. This owl motif has been dancing around in my head, and seemed a nice fit with the contrasting colors of the band and top. It is easily knit in just one color.

Gauge: 21 stitches and 30 rows = 4 inches
