Tuli Cowl

$3.50

Product Description

Short Description: Fiona Alice’s latest design for Loop, “Tuli,” was inspired by a bonfire celebration of the Finnish summer solstice. Translated from the Finnish language, the name means “fire”- paying homage to the classic Fireflowers pattern which has been modified here. There are multiple combinations of garter and slipped stitches used throughout this design. The construction allows “Tuli” to be completely reversible: with a simple flip of the cowl, there is a brand new texture to show off!

Gauge:

  • 25 sts and 52 rows to 10cm (4in) over Fireflowers pattern on 3mm needles after blocking.
  • 24 sts and 56 rows to 10 cm (4 in) over garter stitch on 3mm needles after blocking

Finished Measurements: 58cm / 23in circumference x 21cm / 8¼in deep

The Uncommon Thread BFL Singles (4ply / fngering weight; 100% superwash Bluefaced Leicester wool; 400m / 437yds per 100g skein).  MC: Tea Smoked; 1 skein
