Payment Terms: Cash or credit card for all Initial orders. Net 30 if requested and approved thereafter. We accept all major forms of pament including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as cash, check, or money order.
Shipping: Deep South Fibers ships primarily FedEx Ground for boxed orders, unless otherwise requested by the customer. For orders that fit in an envelope, we send US Priority Mail. Shipping charges apply to backorders and split shipments.
Returned Checks: A service charge of $35.00 will be added for all returned checks.
Item Minimums: Minimums are applied at the vendor or designer level and apply to reorders as well, unless otherwise specified.
Pricing: Deep South Fibers offers wholesale pricing to pre-approved retailers. A login and password is required. Retail pricing is availalable for many of our products via our Shopatron affiliation.
