Short Description: "This vest is worked in one piece from the bottom up featuring crossover ribbing and a sweetheart colorwork design on front. Ribbing at armholes and front is picked up once sweater and hood are knit.  Design is a kid-friendly version of Kate's adult pattern, the Mary Swanson Cardi-Vest. Included are instructions to knit a shorter waist length sweater (shown in size 4) or a longer, hip-hitting sweater."

Gauge: 14 sts and 16 rows per 4 inches in stockinette on larger needles
